I anticipate my weekly session with Laina as she is fun to work with and always able to motivate me to new levels of fitness. She combines Pilates, physical therapy and strength conditioning techniques in a way that best meets my unique requirements. When I met Laina, I felt like my body was falling apart. Now, thanks to her, I am back enjoying all of my usual activities and have the energy and strength necessary to care for my babies, return to work and live life to the fullest.
