I anticipate my weekly session with Laina as
she is fun to work with and always able to motivate me to new levels of
fitness. She combines Pilates, physical therapy and strength
conditioning techniques in a way that best meets my unique
requirements. When I met Laina, I felt like my body was falling apart.
Now, thanks to her, I am back enjoying all of my usual activities and
have the energy and strength necessary to care for my babies, return to
work and live life to the fullest.

Attending PreggiPower classes has been
instrumental in my physical and emotional well-being during my

after the classes and enjoy the camaraderie of working out and meeting

The classes combine both aerobic workouts
and strength training with exercises to prepare you for labor. I love
that they can adapt the classes to the stage of everyone's pregnancy

Immediately upon walking in the door,
PreggiPower felt just right and just what I needed to get my workout
drive and my toned body back. The classes are fun and they have taught
me exercises to do at home. The instructors are knowledgeable about
pregnancy, about health issues, and work-outs designed

As someone who has never had much success in
sticking with a fitness program, I was thrilled to discover
PreggiPower. Now I arrange my schedule around PreggiPower.
As a result of
the classes, I have more energy, greater flexibility and improved
muscle tone. By keeping the classes small, the instructors
are able to provide inividual attention so we know our form is correct
and we're getting the most of our workout.

Four months
ago, I turned 40 and gave birth to
