PreggiPower Group Exercise
Class

PreggiPower is an
energizing hour-long training program for pre and post-natal women.
This class helps you safely gain or maintain
fitness during and
after
pregnancy using the Fitball for a unique
aerobic bouncing workout.
PreggiPower combines weights, Pilates and yoga-based exercises to
sculpt your body, gain stamina and strength and help you feel your best
during pregnancy.
A PreggiPower class
includes the following:
- 15 - 20 minutes of cardiovascular aerobic
bouncing workout on the Fitball
- 25 minutes of full body workout using free
weights, resistance bands, gliding disks and more.
- 15 minutes of focused core strengthening,
stretching and flexibility work. In this part of the class we
incorporate arm and leg extensions, plank, Pilates breathing, pelvic
floor strengthening, kegels and more

| Mom and Baby Pilates Class |
|
Regain your shape and
energy, while spending quality bonding time with your baby! Inspired by
natural everyday movements that moms perform with their babies, Mom and
Baby Pilates classes incorporate a high/low aerobic workout with
specific Pilates exercises targeting belly, thighs, buttocks and upper
body to increase strength and burn fat.
A Mom and Baby Pilates Class
includes the following:
- 15 minutes of high/low aerobics
- 35 minutes of full body strengthening, core
stability and Pilates exercises
- 10 minutes stretching and flexibility work
Our environment is very
supportive as we realize that baby may sleep or
may need to be nursed or tended to during this session. Whatever your
day might bring, we will help you get a workout in.

Exercise Sessions |

Private and semi-private
exercise
sessions are 1 hour work outs designed specifically for each client to
meet your individual needs. Through an integration of Pilates, fitball,
weight training and aerobic conditioning you will experience a
challenging full body workout.

safety is ensured as all sessions are instructed by a licensed physical
therapist with specific training in pre/post natal exercise. |
